We are interested in getting opinions and input from real people – you! We count on our Kenvue Consumer Research Program members to provide us with the feedback to help us create products that will delight consumers or give us ideas on what new products you really want. Whether it’s a home use test for a new facial moisturizer, or an onsite study to evaluate new flavors of a mouthwash, you, the consumer, know best. After the close of a study, you may receive an honorarium as a token of appreciation for participating in the study.

How to get started:

Step 1 – Click Register Now where you will be asked to provide your name and email and create a password. By Registering, you agree that the information you provide will be governed by our site’s Privacy Policy
Step 2 – Respond to all consent and communication options.
Step 3 – Provide your phone number and birth date and verify all information is correct.
Step 4 – Complete your Membership Survey on the next page.
Step 5 – Check your email for a link to verify your email address. This link is only valid for 2 days. Please check your SPAM if you do not see this email from RedJade in your Inbox. Once you confirm your email, your account will be active and you will begin to receive study invitations. If two days have lapsed before you have been able to confirm your email, please go to the kenvueconsumerresearch.com home page and click on “Didn’t receive confirmation instructions”.

Also…You can log-in to reach your PERSONAL HOME PAGE. There you will find:

  • UPCOMING EVENTS – This is a list of studies for which you have already received emails plus other types of studies selected specifically for you.
  • A Refer A Friend link to share with others who may be interested in joining the program. 

If you receive a study invitation:

  • Read the brief description to see if the study interests you. Click on the link and complete the screening questionnaire.
  • If selected, you will receive an email confirming your participation and next steps.

If you do not receive an email confirmation, more people responded than we needed for that particular study.

Different Types of Studies:

Product Testing:
Product testing allows you to try products before anyone else! Studies may include evaluating a new scent for a body lotion, trying a new facial skincare product, or testing different kinds of band aides just to name a few. These may be Home Use Studies, or studies conducted at local facilities.

Online Surveys:
Occasionally, we will send out surveys to our members to collect general information about various topics. For example, we may ask your opinions about body lotion products, oral care, or topics about health and wellness.

Focus Groups:
Have you ever had an idea for a product or thought how you might improve an existing product? This may be a fun opportunity for you to share your opinions on various topics in a group setting. Groups are usually small, e.g., 6 – 8 people and comprised of those with common interests or ages, lasting between 60 minutes to 2 hours. These focus groups may be onsite at a local facility or virtual through an online platform. They may or may not include product use.

Consumer Panels:
Panels are similar to focus groups described above, but participants meet on a regular basis, e.g. monthly or quarterly.

Sensory Panel:
Do you think you might have a greater than average ability to assess the appearance, feel and performance of skin care products? If so, you may be interested in training for one of our dedicated sensory panels. This panel usually requires a long-term commitment, e.g. weekly sessions on an ongoing basis at our Skillman, NJ facility.

Study Compensation:

After the close of a study, you may receive an honorarium through our JP Morgan Chase Payment System as a token of appreciation.
