Here are some Frequently Asked Questions we get regarding the Kenvue Consumer Research Program:

MEMBERSHIP

How do I join the program?

Step 1 – Click Register Now where you will be asked to provide your name and email and create a password. By Registering, you agree that the information you provide will be governed by our site’s Privacy Policy
Step 2 – Respond to all consent and communication options.
Step 3 – Provide your phone number and birth date and verify all information is correct.
Step 4 – Complete your Membership Survey on the next page.
Step 5 – Check your email for a link to verify your email address. This link is only valid for 2 days. Please check your SPAM if you do not see this email from RedJade in your Inbox. Once you confirm your email, your account will be active and you will begin to receive study invitations. If two days have lapsed before you have been able to confirm your email, please go to the kenvueconsumerresearch.com home page and click on “Didn’t receive confirmation instructions”.

How old do I have to be to join?

You must be 18 years or older to join the program.

What if I have children who might be interested in participating?

You must be 18 years or older to enroll; however, you may receive invitations for your children to participate with your consent. Click on the Parents Information tab for more details.

Can there be more than one person in the household who can join the program?

Yes, absolutely! We encourage all family members over the age of 18 to enroll. Keep in mind that each person must provide a unique email address when completing Step 1 of the registration process, and then must complete the Membership Survey.

Does it cost anything to be a Kenvue Consumer Research Program member?

No, there is absolutely no cost associated with being a member of the program.

What do I do if I need to change my contact information or update personal information?

Log in and click on the Profile tab located on the left sidebar. Click the green Submit button after making your changes.

What should I do if I no longer want to participate in the program?

Log in and click on Unsubscribe at the bottom of the page. Under the Privacy Policy section, select “No” to withdraw Consent and opt-out from being contacted to participate in all future studies. Then click Submit at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

Can I join the program if I live outside of the US?

Sorry, but at this time, we are unable to invite those who live outside of the United States to be a member of the Kenvue Consumer Research Program.

Is my personal information shared?

Your information will be shared as in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

STUDY PARTICIPATION

How do I participate in studies?

All invitations to studies will be sent by email. However, you may also click on Upcoming Events from the left sidebar on your personal home page for other opportunities. For more information, click on the Program Details tab on the Home Page.

How often can I participate in studies?

You are invited to respond to every invitation we send out for each study. You will be contacted by email to confirm your participation.

Why have I not received invitations to participate in studies?

First, make sure our emails are not being routed to your junk/spam folder. Be sure to add us to your safe list to ensure our emails are received. Please be patient, invitations to surveys are sent based on specific study criteria. Also, log in from time to time to check your Personal Home Page for opportunities to participate.

Will I receive compensation to participate in studies?

After the close of a study, an honorarium will be given as a token of our appreciation.

What do I do if I have a question about the study in which I’m participating?

All contact information regarding study-related questions will be included in the study materials you receive, either by email or in the study kit sent to your home.

OTHER

I work at Kenvue as a contractor. Am I eligible to join?

Yes, whether you are a Kenvue employee, contractor, consultant or other associate or colleague, and you have a Kenvue email address, you can join. Please enroll as an employee and provide your Kenvue email address.

I may have friends or relatives who are interested in participating in a study for which I received an invitation. Can I forward them the email invitation I received?

Although you are not able to forward a specific study invitation to a friend, we welcome you to encourage friends to join the Kenvue Consumer Research Program using the Refer a Friend tab after logging in.

If I have not been able to participate as often as I would have liked, will I be taken out of the program?

We understand that people are busy and may not be able to take the time to participate in studies. We will not take you out of the program unless you ask to Unsubscribe.

What if I forgot my password or have trouble logging on?

Just click on “Forgot your password?” on the Home page.
